Cancellation Policy

Appointment Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit. To ensure the best results: Arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, mascara, eyeliner, and oils. Remove contact lenses if you are sensitive to eye irritation. Avoid caffeine before your appointment if possible, as it may make it harder to relax. During Your Appointment Please keep your eyes closed throughout the service. Excessive movement may affect the quality and safety of the application. For safety reasons, children and additional guests should not accompany clients unless previously approved. Fills A fill appointment is intended for existing lash extensions with adequate retention. Clients with less than 40% of their extensions remaining may be charged for a full set. Foreign Fills Lashes applied by another lash artist may require removal before a new set can be applied. Additional charges may apply. Lash Care To extend the life of your lash extensions: Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours after application. Avoid oil-based cleansers and makeup products around the eyes. Do not sleep on your face. Lashes are just like your head hair; they shed, so if you have lash loss, that is normal. Do not pull, rub, or pick at extensions. Due to natural oils on your fingers, refrain from touching lashes with unwashed hands. Clean lashes regularly using a lash-safe cleanser. Allergies and Sensitivities: Clients are responsible for informing the lash artist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous reactions to lash adhesives or beauty products before the service begins. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of lash services, refunds are not offered. If you experience issues related to application quality, please contact Kameryn's Kreations within 48 hours of your appointment so concerns can be reviewed. Right to Refuse Service: Kameryn's Kreations reserves the right to refuse service if conditions exist that may compromise the health, safety, or success of the lash application.
