Cancellation Policy

For styling appointments that require clean hair, clients must arrive with hair prepared according to the instructions provided during booking. Clients agree to disclose any scalp conditions, allergies, chemical treatments, or sensitivities that could affect the service. Kameryn's Kreations LLC does not guarantee specific hair growth, texture changes, or treatment outcomes, as results vary based on individual health, maintenance, and consistency with recommended care. Booking & Deposits A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward your service total. Hair Preparation Clients must arrive with hair: Freshly washed Conditioned Fully detangled Free of excessive product buildup Failure to arrive with properly prepared hair may result in: Additional fees Modification of the service Rescheduling of the appointment No Shampoo Services At this time, Kameryn's Kreations does not offer shampoo and conditioning services. Hair Extensions & Supplies Clients should confirm before booking whether hair, beads, charms, or specialty supplies are included in the service price. Arrival Time Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit. Children Children receiving services must be supervised by a parent or guardian unless prior arrangements have been made. Refund Policy Due to the time and labor involved in styling services, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed. If concerns arise, please contact Kameryn's Kreations within 48 hours. Right to Refuse Service Service may be declined if hair is not properly prepared or if conditions exist that may affect the safety or quality of the service.
